amazing stay!
relaxing atmosphere friendly staff helpful personnel
I really loved how beautiful and well-kept the entire facility was. the mature surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere everywhere. the staff were friendly. There were plenty of them everywhere. everyone was smiling, attentive, and genuinely helpful.
i noticed a slight lack of readily available hand sanitizer, especially in the reception area.

the staff consistently offered assistance and maintained a positive attitude. requests were promptly addressed, and individual needs were accommodated. this ensured a smooth experience.

The food was AMAZING!!! I especially enjoyed the variety at the buffet restaurant. It had amazing choices everyday. The rooms were gorgeous, offering a serene ambiance. I loved the bird song and ocean waves playing in the corridors. It seemed like a spa.
The service at the Nur bar was less attentive. It was challenging to get a waiter's attention at times. Each time, I had tea or coffee, I had to ask for a teaspoon. The shopping mall on the ground floor is unfinished, with ongoing building works.

The food in the buffet was acceptable with a large choice available.
My room had several issues. The air conditioning did not work effectively. I had to contact reception multiple times. The shower temperature fluctuated. It was often lukewarm. This made showering unpleasant.

My room had a garden view. The room had a good air conditioner. The hotel offers many entertainment activities daily. The food variety was big and so tasty.
The hotel is very small so I was able to see it all quickly.

amazing experience!
gorgeous architecture beachfront location large pool delicious food
This place is very nice! the architecture is gorgeous and the beachfront location is perfect. i enjoyed the large pool. and all the activities were so much fun, especially kayaking. the food was also delicious throughout my stay. The freshness was unmatched!
i have to say. the gym got a little crowded sometimes, especially in the mornings. so i had to adjust my workout schedule slightly.

The rooftop was beautiful with attentive service I loved the atmosphere. Hotel facilities were modern they were clean. The food was delicious every dish had great flavor. I highly recommend this place I plan to return soon!
The New Year's Eve event was priced higher I was charged as part of my stay. It failed to meet expectations hot dishes were cold. The entertainment was nearly nonexistent the band played continuously. Preferential treatment was given to some guests heaters were moved closer for them.
